Waterball

the inspiration

Can't remember where this one came from. I probably saw someone in one of those hypercolour t-shirts that cam in fashion a couple of decades ago. I obviously thought that the material is a good innovation and must have other uses.

the idea

A game like paintball that can be played in and around the streets. Obviously paintball is restricted to special arenas, because paint gets everywhere.

With suits or just special tope made out of the hypercolour t-shirt material, the same game could be played with water pistols, which are amazingly good these days. Better still would be to use actual paintball guns, but develop new bullets for them that contained water rather than paint.

The water would obviously have to be at a certain temperature, which, I suspect, could be achevied through friction during the process of being fired through the air. Otherwise another method for slightly heating or chilling the water would be required. This could be perhaps built into the gun or into the bullet-storage pouch or something.

Not a bad game anyway. Highly marketable.
