There is lots written about the power of water. It is anticipated that just drinking more water, or the correct amount of water, can cure the majority of ailments. Water has the ability to take on energy frequencies that it is exposed to. See the book messages from water by Masaru Emoto, in which water is exposed to various emotions and words amongst other things. He then freezes the aater and photographs the molecular patterns. The results are amazing. Water can also take on the vibrations of crystals (elixirs) or flower essences. There is lots that can be done with water. I guess I just thought that a water cafe would be pretty cool, because you could have a whole menu of different things to order, but all one product, water!

A cafe where all you can buy is water. However, this does not limit the product range.
Products
Crystal elixirs - water energised by crystals to have certain healing effect. There is a massive range of products here. Imagine huge vats of water with big chunks of crystal inside.
Emotion water - water that has been exposed to various emotions - happiness, laughter, love etc. This would probably be done through group work. As seen from Masaru Emoto's work, water can take on the energy or words. Imagine a big tank of water with the word 'happy' on it, or 'acceptance' or 'love', or 'laughter' etc etc.
Water can also be charged with Reiki symbols and energy.
Water can also be passed through certain geometric shapes, particularly a spiral, in order to purify and energise it.
There is also the issue of surface tension. Apparently, the water that we drink on a regular basis has a surface tension that is too high for our cells to absorb. Therefore, our bodies expend a lot of energy reducing this surface tension. There are products that you can buy that reduce the surface tension and make it easier to absorb. This could be done to all water. It makes water 'wetter', apparently.
Anyway, with all these things to make healing water you could set up an interesting venue.
With the water theme you could make a very attractive venue.
Let your imagination run wild. It's very possible and yet seems very futuristic.
